GOBI MASALA DOSA, CRISPY CAULIFLOWER MASALA ROAST (STREET STYLE),

Ingredients
  • 2 cups dosa batter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 1 cup water(to boil cauliflower)
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric powder(boil cauliflower)
  • ½ tsp salt(boil Cauliflower0
  • ghee to make dosa.
Instructions
  1. Boil the cauliflower before making the gobi masala, Heat water in a pan add cauliflower, salt, and turmeric powder. Let it boil. This is very important. Cooking Cauliflower with turmeric powder will help to remove the pest from the vegetables. Once the Cauliflower becomes soft, switch off the stove. Drain the water and keep the Cauliflower aside.
  2. Let's make Gobi Masala(cauliflower Masala), Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Then add the onions and Tomatoes saute well. once they become soft and mushy add the salt, turmeric powder and chili powder. Saute well.
  3. Add the gobi (cauliflower) and mix well. add ketchup and mix well. Finally, add the Bell peppers and Coriander leaves mix well. Mash it and keep ready the Cauliflower masala to make Cauliflower Masala Dosa.
  4. Let's make Cauliflower Masala Dosa(gobi dosa), Heat the Tawa and spread a little dosa batter and stuff gobi masala all over the dosa, sprinkle ghee, cover and cook the dosa. Once the edges become golden remove the dosa from the pan.
  5. Crispy Gobi masala Dosa, Cauliflower masala roast is ready to serve.
Notes
1. add cheese while making dosa for more rich version, kids love it.
2. you can add any veggie if you want.
