- 1 cup yogurt/dahi/curd
- 2 tbsp sugar
- a pinch cardamom powder
- 1 tsp mawa(koya)
- few ice cubes
- nuts for garnishing
- take a blender or a cup add thick yogurt/dahi/curd, add 2 tbsp of sugar and few ice cubes.
- Blend well.
- Take mawa(milk solids), and cardamom sugar mixes well. Make a small ball add it to the serving glass.
- Now add the well beaten Lassi and serve cool.
- We can garnish it with nuts or saffron.
- Sweet lassi, Punjabi Lassi is ready to serve.
