Ingredients
  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • pinch of salt(optional)
  • ¼ tsp of ginger powder
  • ⅓ tsp cardamom powder
  • a pinch saffron strands
Instructions
  1. Squeeze the mango and take out the pulp of it with your hands or use your own method to extract the pulp from mangoes.
  2. Add Cardamom Powder. I have powdered the cardamom with sugar and added it.
  3. You can crush the cardamom pods and add that too.
  4. Add the powdered sugar. I have grounded the sugar and serve it.
  5. The fine sugar powder added to the mango pulp.
  6. Blend the pulp by adding dry ginger powder and saffron(both as per your taste buds add it).
  7. Aamras recipe is very simple. Serve Aamras with Poori or with rotis.
