Ingredients
  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • aloo masala
  • Dry garlic chuntey powder
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ghee
  • butter
  • cilantro for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Spread a ladle of dosa batter over the hot tawa, Spread the Garlic chutney and Add 2 tbsp of aloo masala(potato stuffing).
  2. Drizzle ghee all over the dosa. Cover and cook for a minute. Fold the dosa and serve hot Mysore Masala dosa with chutney and sambar.
