  • 1 cup White onions or Red Onions
  • 250 g Oil
  • 1 tsp cornflour or rice flour
  1. Wash and peel the onion and then slice it thinly.Slice it evenly so that it will cook properly.
  2. Sprinkle corn flour over the sliced onions, toss it keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, once it becomes hot start adding the sliced onions.
  4. Keep turning the onions to avoid burning and even colouring.
  5. Once it turns golden brown remove it from the oil and keep in the kitchen towel to drain the oil.
  6. Fried onions are ready for Garnishing
