Fried Onions Recipe, Crispy Golden Brown Fried Onions

- 1 cup White onions or Red Onions
- 250 g Oil
- 1 tsp cornflour or rice flour
- Wash and peel the onion and then slice it thinly.Slice it evenly so that it will cook properly.
- Sprinkle corn flour over the sliced onions, toss it keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, once it becomes hot start adding the sliced onions.
- Keep turning the onions to avoid burning and even colouring.
- Once it turns golden brown remove it from the oil and keep in the kitchen towel to drain the oil.
- Fried onions are ready for Garnishing
