- 2 cups chopped Vazhaithandu
- 1-inch ginger
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cups buttermilk
- ⅓ tsp salt
- To Temper;
- A pinch hing
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ⅓ tsp split urad dal
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- Chop the banana stem and add it to the mixie jar.
- Add the chopped ginger and grind it with little water
- Extract the juice of the banana stem and mix it with the buttermilk
- Add salt and mix well.
- Now temper it with mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and add it with the vazhaithandu mor.
- Serve the cold Vaizhaithandu mor for Summer
