Palak Paneer Recipe, palak paneer dhaba style :)

- To Grind:
- 1 bunch fresh palak
- 2 green chilli
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp sugar
- To make palak Paneer We need:
- 200g Paneer
- ¾ cup onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Punjabi garam masala
- 1 tbsp cream or Dahi for garnishing
- Blanch the palak with a tsp of sugar so that we can restore the green colour and then add it in cold water to avoid further cooking.
- Add the palak in a mixie jar, add ginger, garlic, green chilli and grind it
- Heat a pan and temper with cumin seeds, add the chopped onion and tomatoes and fry well, cover and cook till it becomes soft.
- Add the salt, Punjabi garam masala and then add the palak paste mix well.
- Add the cream or Curd finally serve with roti or with pulao.
