- 1 tsp oil
- ⅓ cup Kollu
- 4 dry red chili
- 2 garlic pods
- 2 tbsp coconut
- ½ tsp salt
- little tamarind
- Heat oil in a pan and roast the kollu, coconut, garlic and dry red chili.
- Make sure that it should not burn.
- Once done transfer it to a plate and let it cool for some time.
- Add salt and tamarind, grind it to a smooth paste.
- Add little water while grinding. Kollu Chutney is ready to serve.
- Serve it with hot idli or dosa or rice
