- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup avocado pulp(mashed)
- ½ tsp ajwain
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed green chilli
- oil or ghee for making chapthi
- Scoop out the Avocados and mash it. Add chat masala, lime juice, cumin powder, green chilli and salt, mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and start kneading the dough. Actually, it doesn't need any water because the moisture in the avocado itself is enough.
- Knead it to a soft chapati dough consistency.
- Divide the dough and make it into small balls. Make the chapati using the rolling pin.
- Heat the Tawa, cook the paratha by applying a spoon of ghee.Flip the other side and cook it. Turn over and flip, till it cooks evenly.
- Avocado Paratha is ready to serve.
