Ingredients
½ bunch Vallar Keerai
4 dry red chilli
2 tbsp Toor Dal
2 tbsp Coconut
1 tsp ghee/oil
A generous Pinch Hing
½ tsp salt
Instructions
Heat a pan add ghee or oil. Add the Toor dal or Urad dal, dry red chilli, Hing, Coconut roast well. Finally, add the Vellarai Keerai and saute well.
Once the Vellarai Keerai Becomes soft, remove it from the flame. Let it cool for some time.
Add salt and little water grinds it to a smooth paste.
Vellarai Keerai Thuvaiyal is ready to serve.
