Take 1 cup Wheat flour in the bowl, add 2 tbsp ghee or oil. Combine the flour well.
If you press the flour with your hand it will form a lump without falling is the right consistency to make the dough. Add water(approximately ⅓ cups) little by little and knead the dough to a stiff dough.
The consistency should the chapati dough like pliable and soft. Then divide the dough into 2 batches and make bigger size chapati using the rolling pins.
Cut the shakkar pare into small strips, as per your desire shapes. Repeat this for other batches and make ready for frying the Shakkar Para.
Deep fry the shakkar para in oil on low to medium flame. Once it started turning golden brown and Crispy, remove it from the stove. Now make sugar syrup, by boiling 1 cup sugar with ⅓ cup water. Once it reaches the 2-3 string consistency switch off the stove.
Immediately add the Fried shakkar para and coat well with the hot sugar syrup. Drain and keep on a plate, at room temperature. After the few mins, sugar crystalize on top and your shakkar para is ready to munch.

I didn't add salt, you can a pinch if needed fry them on low to medium heat otherwise, it will not be crispy inside Making sugar syrup is a very important step if it is very thin it will not crystalize. once you made the syrup don't wait immediately add the shakkarpara
