  • 2 tsp butter
  • ⅓ cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  1. Let us make Butterscotch Ice Cream, Take 2 tbsp of butter and melt it in a pan.
  2. Then add the Butterscotch Chips to the melted butter and let the butterscotch chips to melt. Stir well continuously, make sure that it should not burn at the bottom. Always do this in low-medium flame.
  3. Once the Butterscotch chips melt, add ½ cup condensed milk and mix well.
  4. You can add the full cream milk and sugar instead of condensed milk but it takes almost 2o mins time to thicken the liquid so I have used the condensed milk. If you use the full cream milk keep in medium flame and boil it till it comes thick and creamy.
  5. once the condensed milk and the butterscotch mixed well, add the vanilla Essence mix well. Remove it from the flame immediately once you added the vanilla essence. Let it cool down completely. Meanwhile, you make ready the Whipping Cream.
  6. Take a cup of Whipping Cream and start beating it. Beat it well till the soft peak occurs. No need to beat it to stiff beak.
  7. Now add the Butterscotch mix with the beaten whipping cream and blend gently.
  8. Butterscotch ice creaming is ready now. Always beat the whipping cream on low speed after adding the Butterscotch mix.
  9. Transfer the Butterscotch Ice Cream in a container and keep in Refrigerator min for 3 hrs. once done serve it with your favourite topping.
