Kohlrabi or knol khol chutney is the kind of chutney recipe which can be made using the vegetable knol khol. It is very tasty chutney that can be made quickly.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup diced knol khol/kohlrabi
  • 2 tbsp toor dal
  • 4-5 dry red chillies
  • 2 garlic pods
  • salt as needed
Instructions
  1. Peel the skin of the knol khol and then cut it to medium sized pieces.
  2. Dry roast the dry red chilly, garlic, toor dal and finally add the knol khol and saute for a while take out.
  3. Let them cool for a while and then add salt, grind it to a fine paste. Chutney is now ready to serve.
