- dosa/idli batter
- soya keema curry
- oil to make dosa
- make ready the dosa batter,i used the idly batter because the batter should not be thin.
- make ready the soya keema masala and proceed to make dosamadurai kari dosai.
- Heat dosa pan and grease it with oil/ghee.
- Pour the batter over the pan. No need to spread the batter unless it is too thick.
- Top with keema masala. Cook in low to medium flame to get golden crust. Drizzle some oil/ghee over the toppings and around the dosa
- Flip the other side and cook for a while and take out. Madurai kari dosai is ready to serve.
- No special side dish require to try this dosa.
