Spicy Tomato garlic chutney is nothing but poondu chutney, with dry red chilly and garlic cloves. This is very good with dosa.

Ingredients
4 dry red chilly(adjust according to your taste)
1 tomato
2 garlic cloves
salt
Instructions
Add the dry red chilly,tomato,garlic and salt ,in mixie jar and grind it into smooth paste without adding water.
Openthe lid and scrap down the lid and add a tsp of water and grind it into a smooth paste.Garlic chutney is ready to serve with oil.
Notes
You add or avoid tomatoes while grinding. Adjust the chilies according to your taste buds. If you feel the chutney is raw then fry all the ingredients in oil except salt and then grind it.
