Real Eggless chocolate Ice cream Recipe

Serves: 5 cups
- 1 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
- ¼ can sweetened condensed milk {about ¼ cup}
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- chill a large mixing bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer (or whisk attachment of a stand mixer) in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Gently stir in sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder,mix well.
- Pour whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Now mix the both the mixture well and spoon into a freezer safe container, cover, and freeze for about 3 hours or overnight.
You can add chocolate syrup instead cocoa powder.
